Refund and Returns Policy

    If you experience technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. You must provide detailed evidence of the problem for our review.

  3. Incorrect Purchase
    If you accidentally purchased the wrong subscription package, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. If the issue is related to the customer’s device compatibility or internet connection quality.
  2. If the subscription has been used or activated successfully.
  3. If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
